Castries Peanut Creme Rum

New to New Jersey and one of the best things we've tasted in a long, long time!  Think Peanut Brittle in a bottle -- try it simply just over ice or mix it with Godiva Chocolate Liqueur & Vanilla Vodka and make a "Peanut Butter Cup" Martini!

Velho Barreiro Cachaca

Cachaca is a Brazilian rum made from sugar cane. Cachaca is the primary ingredient in our favorite summer drink - the caipirinha. Made much like a mojito, except with lime instead of mint, it is incredibly tasty and refreshing. Perfect to enjoy on a sultry summer evening.

Port Charlotte PC6

Port Charlotte is owned by Bruichladdich Distillery. Port Charlotte PC6 is a distinctively Islay malt: assertive peat smoke interlaces with white fruit, wildflower, honeysuckle, and vanilla on the nose and palate. Though PC6 is a relatively youthful whisky, its complexity defies its age.

Port Charlotte PC7

Port Charlotte PC7 is a youthful, assertive, yet increasingly mature and complex dram. The aromas are distinctively Islay, with abundant peat smoke, mint, thyme, moss, and pine. The palate is just as peaty and smoky, but introduces notes of molasses, dates, and bittersweet chocolate.
All Port Charlotte whiskies are bottled without the use of coloring or chill-filtering. As a result, due to natural oils and flavor compounds, this whisky will cloud when cold or diluted with chilled water
